What Types Of Psychometric Assessments Do We Offer?
We Offer a Variety of Psychometric Assessments to be as thorough as we can. We use a comprehensive range of questionnaires and assessments that provide the clearest picture of any individual. We look at how individuals work under different pressures, what their key drivers are and how they impact the workplace. Most importantly we look at how strategic vs operational, the individual is. This combination gives us an indication of their level of potential also, which shows how good a fit they are and how they can grow as the business requires.
A Taste of Success

The OPQ looks at personality traits as indicators of job-related behaviours, specifically relevant to occupational settings. This kind of assessment is used by employers to look at applicant ‘best fit’ for the role they have applied for.
Motivational Questionnaire (MQ)
The MQ measures the extent to which an individual is motivated by aspects such as achievement and competition, recognition and personal growth, interest, flexibility and progression and status.
The Hogan Development Survey (HDS)
The HDS tends to look towards the dark side of an individual’s personality, characteristics, or derailers, all along 11 primary scales. The higher the candidate tends to score along with a particular score, indicates the more likely they are to behave in a certain way under stress. The primary scales indicate the individuals derailers and the subscales indicate how these derailers will show up in your day-to-day life. As a result of this assessment, you are able to recognise and mitigate performance risks before they can become a problem.
The Cognitive Process Profile – (CPP)
The Cognitive Process Profile is an advanced computerised assessment technique which externalises and tracks thinking processes to indicate a person’s cognitive preferences and capabilities. Based on this information, a suitable work environment, the learning potential and developmental needs of the person can be identified.
