This market-leading and highly respected retailer in their specialist field require an experienced HR professional to be an integral part of their senior leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Interim HR Director will lead the HR team to ensure colleagues within their group are developed to deliver the business plan integral to the strategic aims and objectives of the business.
This will include the ongoing development, review and implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures that cement the companies values and culture. The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience of working within a highly complex, fast-paced retail environment. This opportunity offers the potential for a permanent role and has full support from the board.
