About The Anthony Gregg Partnership

2003 and the new shoots of The Anthony Gregg Partnership appear when the doors to the office opened for the first time.

Our office in Blythe Valley was home for the first few years, which saw the business grow both in numbers and in strength. The focus was to be an ethical provider of Retail Executive Search.

Thanks must go to those select Clients, who gave us support at the beginning. Their loyalty meant that the Company expanded, which saw a need to move and so, in 2007, Anthony Gregg Partnership relocated to Henley in Arden, Warwickshire. The following year our roots had spread to London, opening an office in Covent Garden.

An Industry Leader

The steady growth of the AGP brand over the years had led to us to become recognised as an industry leader in Executive Search Recruitment. During 2008 The Anthony Gregg Partnership became involved with the Retail Week Awards, sponsoring ‘The Most Innovative Employer’, the winner The Co-operative Group.

Tony is the only recruitment consultant to be invited to judge for all three awards. ‘People Moves’ is the column written by the Anthony Gregg Partnership, which appears in Retail Week every month.

There have been a few mistakes along the way but the journey has taught us resilience and belief, building strength of character and never to stray away from our core values.

The next 10 years will hold different challenges and as retail executive recruitment changes, we must be ever ready to adapt and change too.  Embracing the art of social media has played a huge part in changing the way that many recruiters now network but we should be mindful of its limitations.

Our foundations run deep and wide. 2013 sees the Anthony Gregg Partnership celebrating its’ 10th year in business, gaining a coveted network of contacts, insider knowledge and a wealth of retail experience to attract Senior Level Executives.

The Anthony Gregg Partnership shall always stand tall and is brave to remain different, never losing sight of who is important – our customers.
