The Anthony Gregg Partnership is a highly distinctive executive recruitment consultancy who advise client companies of all sizes. We pride ourselves on being market experts within the consumer sector and we specialise in the placement of Director to Board-level professionals within the highly competitive consumer marketplace. Since the recruitment business is so personal, we have no “one size fits all” approach as all of our capabilities are tailored to each assignment individually.
Tony Gregg opened the doors for the first time, in 2003, at our office in Blythe Valley with the aim of distilling 16 years knowledge of UK and international recruitment into one effective executive search service. This was home for the first few years and it saw the business grow from strength to strength whilst also increasing in numbers. From the beginning, we received outstanding support from our clients, whose loyalty allowed the company to expand to opening our first office in Central London and eventually move to a larger office in Warwickshire in 2007. That following year, our company centralised its locations to Central London, where we are now based full time in Kensington.

The steady growth of our brand has led us to become recognised as an industry leader in Executive Search Recruitment. During 2008, The Anthony Gregg Partnership became involved with the Retail Week Awards and sponsored “The Most Innovative Employer”, which The Co-Operative Group won. In 2013, we saw The Anthony Gregg Partnership celebrate its 10th year in business – gaining a coveted network of contacts, insider knowledge and a wealth of retail experience.
